Here are some random pictures of this Christmas. The kids were so excited this Christmas as you can see from the picture of Craig and Riley trying to look around the corner at the tree from the hallway. Unfortunately the Christmas tree this year had to be placed high on that table to keep curious little Matthew fingers from pulling it down. We miss you all and hope you had a wonderful Christmas. Merry Christmas! Carrie and I decided to stay here once again for Christmas due to bad weather. We were going to be brave the 32 hours to Washington but decided at last minute to have a warm Texas Christmas instead. I must apologize for not posting on this blog for so long. I have been busy taking my last board exams, finals for school, and clinic with my patients. It is Christmas today and why not take a moment and catch you up to date. Carrie and I will be done in April and will most likely be moving back to Washington to either take over a business or become an associate for another doctor. Either way, I can't wait to be done with SCHOOL!!! I am trying to attach some pictures, but this thing isn't letting me. I will post our christmas letter and some pictures soon!

I finished up Trimester 7 and will be starting up 8 in a week or so! Boards part 3 and Physiotherapy Exams are coming in a couple weeks too! Uggghhh. Only two trimesters left and Tri 8 is the last one i'll have course work in then it's just clinic! Can't wait to be done with it. I'm cruising along in clinic and have surpassed my clinic requirements for number of adjustments by about 30 so far and hopefully i'll keep at a good pace. Carrie and I are enjoying this break from school by lounging around and relaxing a bit, even though I still have patients to see. We still haven't decided where we will end up but that also depends on which clinic will be taking me on as an associate. I love this picture, if you can't tell, i'm actually holding all three! They're so darn cute! Love you all and miss you muchisimo! P.S. That drink was juiced beats, lemons, apples, and then about a cup of blended kale, Yummy! HERE'S TO MY HEALTH, BOTTOMS UP!

New Look and Summer fun

Well, Carrie started a new blog and I loved how stylish it looked so I had to change mine around to keep up with her! I of course also added some of my favorite music so enjoy. I haven't written for quite some time so I figure I should let you all know how we're doing here in the south. This summer has been extremely HOT and we've enjoyed some lazy pool and lake days these past few weeks. School is going good and I have a few patients that I'm seeing weekly. We miss all of you and hope to see you someday soon! I should graduate in April of 2009!!!

Riley is getting so big and I am so in love with my little princess. We enjoyed a Rangers baseball game together and it was fun watching her get interested in the game. She especially liked the fireworks whenever there was a homerun hit. I can't believe how fast they grow up. I would just love her to stay little and sweet. Little matthew is 4 months and can already roll over from back to front and then back again! He is also scooting his way around the floor in attemp to crawl. He's a quick one! We were in toys R us yesterday and I was so proud to see my boy pick up a little batting helmet and bat and attemp to swing at an imaginary ball. I can't wait to play with'em later! Well, my break is almost done and it's back to school. This sunday (mother's day) I'll be speaking in church on gratitude. I am so gratefull for my family and friends and especially for my MOM! Love you all

Carrie and I are so happy to have little Matthew join our family. He is such a sweet little boy and has been a wonderful sleeper, eater, and heart warmer for us since he came into our world. We love our family and feel so blessed in our lives to be able to take part in God's beautiful plan.

Parker = Stress!

I am surviving here at Parker college of chiropractic, but this stress is killing my adrenal glands! I am in trimester six and have one year to go. I battle daily with the ups and downs of loving what i'm doing in clinic with patients and then having such limited time with all the school work at the same time (30 credits). WOW, sounds like i'm griping! On a more possitive note, I have a loving and wonderful wife who has supported me through all of this. I leave at 6am every morning and don't see her until 7:30pm each day except for the days I have her and the kids in for their adjustments in the clinic. I love my family so much and live for the moment I walk in the door to Riley and Craig yelling, "DADDY!!!" as they run up and hug me tight and plant warm little kisses on my cheeks. That's what life's all about! It really is. I just read Shelli's blog and I agree 100%. Love all you can and try to always be possitive in all the good and not so good that comes your way. Even though I might be a bit stressed out to my maximum capacities, I am so grateful for this time in my life and the fun times I enjoy with my family and friends. I LOVE MY FAMILY, that includes ALL of you!

We had a fun Halloween this year and the kids had a blast going door to door. It was Craig's first time and he did great up until his bag and eyes got a little to heavy for him. We are loving this time of season as it gets a bit colder and the humidity settles down a bit. Texas has been good to us so far and we have built some good warm memories together. Happy Halloween!

Riley is 4!!!

We just can't believe that Riley is now 4 years old! We had a fun time at Sea World San Antonio to celebrate her birthday and the kids loved it. I was getting a physical done yesterday and when I was asked my age it struck me that I am getting OLD! I'm going to be 28 in November! Yikes! Anyway, I'm going to have to make sure to add to my own blog now that we have the family blog. I figure that this is more of a journal for my own family that I should add to more often. We will be moving this Friday into a house and Carrie and I are very excited. Can't wait for the kids to have a backyard and for little Matthew to have his own room at the end of December. I still can't believe I'll have three kids while going to school for another year and a half. I must be crazy! I must say now that I am sooo glad that I chose to come back to Chiropractic school. I love adjusting people and the changes I can make people's overall health. It's funny, I have about 3-5 people from my class ask me daily for an adjustment. Because I have a bunch of friends from my original class, (Now about to graduate!) I have been able to learn a lot from them and get ahead of my own class as far as adjusting skills go.

Can't wait to get out into the real world and change lives!

P.S. A newer study done by some MD's has show that a chiropractic adjustment (upper cervical) is more affective than any drugs out there right now for the lowering of High blood pressure. Pretty cool, but that's just one of the MANY benefits of chiropractic!

I have finished part 1 boards and I am ready to crash. The funny thing is that I have to start Tri. 5 on Monday (1 day of actual break). Here's a cute pic of Riley, Craigy, and Prego, I mean Carrie. I think we've decided that this baby boy, who is due in Jan. for those of you who might not have heard, will be named Matthew. Not sure about the middle name yet. Anyway, we miss all of you and hope to see you soon.

Well friends and family, I have finally joined the team of bloggers. I find myself bored and tuned out of a few of my classes here at chiropractic school, so I figure I could use some of that time to post a few blogs. I'm not even sure what my website is yet, but I guess I'll figure that out soon enough. I also figure that this is a pretty good way to keep a journal since I'm a slacker when it comes to that. So here is an update on my life:

Carrie, and I are currently living in Lewisville, Texas, but are now looking to rent a house. We have discovered that a three bedroom home with a yard and all that fun stuff is the same price as a three bedroom apartment in this area. As most of you already know, we are pregnant with our third and so it is definitely time to get out of this two bedroom apartment. This also means, which is hardly easy to say, we are looking for a minivan! I promised myself that I would never own a minivan, but I guess it will serve us the best at this point in life.
Riley and little Craig are getting so big! Riley will be 4 this Sept. and Craig is 2. They are too smart for their own good and love to swim and play all day long. They are very sweet and love to give hugs and kisses to their parents.
Well, thats it for now I suppose. I don't want to bore anybody too much for my first blog. Enjoy the pics!!! (If I can figure out how to add pics!)
